Prices & Payment Terms
Our services are structured on a 'fixed price', meaning there are no hidden costs, add-ons or increases througout the planning phase, this way you know from the start exactly what you will be paying.
Remember, a planner should be part of your overall budget, not an additional expense! In fact, with our strong relationships with many local and national suppliers, you will actually save money through discounts, and by us offering you creative alternatives to ensure you stay within your budget.
Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of 40% is required upon signing of contract which will secure our date and services.
Payment Schedule
After payment of the non-refundable retainer, the remaining 60% will be split and required on a monthly basis with the final payment due 5 days prior to the wedding or event.
Outstanding Expenses
Any outstanding expenses are payable 3 weeks after the date of the wedding or event.
